Susan Hammond has thirty-two years of experience working for the Virginia Department of Transportation. In the role of Residency Administrator, she works with localities in Rockbridge, Alleghany, Bath, and Highland Counties and with the Cities of Lexington, Buena Vista, Covington, and Clifton Forge. Major tasks involve maintenance, land use, secondary six-year program planning, and locality assistance. She is a graduate of Old Dominion University and a resident of Clifton Forge.
